Questions

How our booking works

Why can I not book a time earlier today?

Each dentist sets a minimum notice period — usually two hours, longer for surgical appointments. Slots inside that window and any time that has already passed are hidden automatically, so everything you can see is genuinely bookable.

Do I have to choose a specific dentist?

No. Choose "first available" and we will show you the earliest openings across the whole practice, with the dentist's name on each slot. If you have seen someone before, though, it is usually worth picking them.

What happens after I book?

You get an email straight away with the details, a confirm link and a cancel link. Clicking confirm marks you as confirmed on your dentist's calendar. We also send a reminder the day before your visit.

What if I do not confirm?

Nothing is cancelled. Your appointment stays booked and simply shows as unconfirmed on the calendar — we may call to check. Only you (or the office, if you ask) can actually cancel it.

Can I cancel online?

Yes, for any future appointment — use the cancel link in your email. Past appointments cannot be cancelled online; if you missed one, please just call us.
